,2024 School Tour Information

Lynd Fruit Farm has been an education destination providing quality tours to children for over 50 years.  Climb aboard the ‘Orchard Express’ and ride from the market to our apple headquarters where you’ll learn how through science and nature,  we are able to grow you and your family the best apples possible!  While in the learning center one of our farm guides will get you up close and personal to live honeybees, explain the history of the 105 year old farm and teach the science of apple production.   Then observe the apple packing line where Mr. Lynd shows you how apples are prepared for you, the consumer.  The highlight of the day is picking your own apples to take home and enjoy! Upon completion of the tour, you’ll ride the Orchard Express back to our market. 

We welcome all classes grades K-3, pre-schools, homeschools, day cares and play groups (age 4-6) of 10 or more children. Registration is required and Bev will respond on a first come, first serve basis.           Cost: $10 ea (or save 20% by booking online at the link below – $8 ea)
