Spring Fling

The Memorial Crafters’ Event

May 25th
Learn to sign

Tart Cherries

Pre-orders are taken in June & Michigan tart cherries (pre-pitted) are delivered to the market in 10 gallon buckets.

The cherries are packed in their own syrup, no sugar added.

They arrive in a ‘slosh’, not frozen.

Cherries need to be picked up over a two day period, preferably on day 1.

Estimated delivery is mid to  late July.

The exact date and price will be announced once the ordering process opens, in mid June.

Sign Language Classes

Award-winning deaf author Jeffrey Barbieri will be holding a 5 week Sign Language class here in our east pavilion.

Starting Saturday: June 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd and 29th.

Time: 10:30 – Noon

Price for the full 5 weeks: $40/Person. 3 or more folks/family, just $35/person.

Jeffrey is a retired Computer Hacking Forensic Investigator and published author who has been teaching ASL for 12 years. 

Classes will include English Sign Language (ESL) and American Sign Language (ASL) with a focus on Deaf Culture.

Payments accepted, cash, Venmo, Square, and Paypal.

Peach fest 2024

Don’t miss the 2024 Peach Fest! 

August 17 (10-4)

This free event features live music with Barefoot McCoy (10-12) and SugarCreek Bluegrass Band (1-3).

Schmidt’s  Sausage House & Bada Bing Bada Wing food trucks will join the Lynd Donut Truck with some peach flavored goodness.

There will be plenty  of peach products to sample as you travel meander your way through the market.

Free Kids Craft, as always along with spin art and kite flying will provide fun for the kids while you select a basket of  our homegrown peaches to take home.

Join us as partner with The Crazy Cucumber to celebrate the Pickle! 
It’s going to be a really big DILL providing fun for everyone! 
Enjoy the spirited G-Gap band, Grillin’ & Chillin’ BBQ & a  variety of family activities!

S’Miles of Sunflowers

August 16-18 & 23-25. (10-8 p.m.)

This event is weather dependent.  Watch our FB page or call the market in case of questionable weather day of the event.

Choose from over 30 varieties of sunflowers planted throughout 6 acres filled with a dozen photo ops!  Besides the enjoyment of admiring and photographing the flowers & choosing 1 to take home,  guests will enjoy wagon rides to the apple cannon range, the Kids Zone and live music in the evenings.
