Best Pie Crust by Connie Blanchette

3 cups Flour
 1 tsp Baking Powder
 1 tsp Salt
 1 ½ cups Crisco
 1 Egg
 6 tbsp Cold Water
 1 tsp Vinegar
 A little sugar
 
Directions
  • Mix dry ingredients. Set aside.
  • Cut in the Crisco until crumbly.
  • Beat in egg. Add water and vinegar & mix.
  • Combine with dry ingredients.
  • Makes 3 crusts
